Which source of energy is statistically the deadliest?...Are you sure about that?
This indicates even more clearly that it would be in the best interest of our country to focus on alternative ways to provide energy and fuel. Opportunity Cost: With alternative energy utilized and coal deaths down think about how those workers could help boster the economy in other ways.
I was actually reading about this a few days ago. Nuclear power gets all of the attention because, when things go wrong, it's very scary, but coal seems to cause more harm behind the scenes.
I don't think this will change anyone's mind though, and I doubt something like this will get much coverage in the media.
The granite used in Grand central station actually gives off too much radiation to pass specifications as a nuclear reactor. so they are safer than people think.
For some reason I still think nuclear is the most dangerous even though this chart shows that nuclear is the least deadliest. I guess I just don't fully understands why it would not be the most dangerous one but coal is.
No Daria.... Ching Chong Chu did ... (that's you KIM). I believe this is where people start becoming misinformed. Only because "it's in a graph" does it mean its accuracy is sky high..
